Experiencing his father invest in real estate and purchase several homes during his childhood, Josh dreamed of one day being able to coordinate a real estate transaction. His father, Stanley Anderson, was a business owner in San Diego, and Josh would pick his brain regarding investments and the real estate market. This childhood curiosity and passion still runs deep within Josh, and it shows in his high-energy, diligence, and dedication to his clients.
Born and raised in San Diego, Josh was born into a baseball family. With his hardworking and results-driven mentality, he earned a full-ride baseball scholarship to Florida International University, in Miami, FL. At FIU, Josh earned his Bachelor Degree in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis on business, law, and society. After various academic and athletic achievements at FIU, Josh was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2015 MLB Draft. Josh played Third Base, in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization, for three seasons, before injuries cut short the pursuit of his dream. Shortly after stepping away from the game of baseball, Josh dove into the real estate world and became a licensed real estate agent.
Competing in collegiate and professional baseball has given Josh the ability to stay composed in high pressure situations, and his calming presence helps streamline real estate transactions. With his competitive spirit and can-do attitude, Josh mixes his experience in professional sports and passion for real estate into a fantastic experience for his clients. He currently specializes in residential listing and sales, and he has a bright future in real estate.
